Our mission is to share the love of Christ by partnering with our community to provide quality, compassionate healthcare and resources to our medically underserved neighbors.

Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed Noon – 1 pm.
3rd Saturday of Each Month
10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Farmersville Clinic
Fridays Only
8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Closed Noon – 1 pm.
