Hello CommonGood Medical Family,

It has been another full month here at the clinic where we regularly see and hear firsthand from our patients how God is working in their lives to bring hope and healing.

As we dive into summer, we are preparing for our signature event, Hope Rising 2024. This year, we have a previous winner of America's Got Talent, Dustin Tavella, as our entertainer. Dustin is a magician and storyteller who describes his talents as the combination of "extreme craftiness with inspiring messages". Lately, he rarely finds time away from his standing show in Branson to perform at events like ours, so we feel lucky to have him.

You can support our work through this event in several ways.  Tickets to attend the show are now on sale for both general seating or group tables.  Additionally, it is not too late to sign-up as a corporate event sponsor. While at the event, a BBQ dinner will be available for purchase from the café of our hosting church, so come hungry.

We hope to see you there, but even if you cannot make the event, you can still participate by buying raffle tickets for a variety of wonderful prizes. More information about all of these opportunities can be found below and on our website.

As always, we will continue to inspire hope through comprehensive medicine and to treat every single person who we encounter with love, dignity, and respect. It is an honor and privilege to be partners with you in this ministry.

Lori Morrow has been a Patient Advocate since 2022, serving over 108 volunteer hours to help our patients. 

"I remember hearing about the clinic through an announcement at our local church, The Parks Church - McKinney, just after we joined.  The uniqueness of this ministry makes it a priority for me, for a few reasons:  #1.) It's innovative. This is what it looks like to meet the actual needs of your community in real terms. It would be enough for a church to offer free rides to medical appointments, take up collections for co-pays and prescriptions, and things like that, but I like that the Clinic takes the extra step to provide medical services. #2.) It opens the door for face-to-face gospel conversations. #3.) It's the only service of its kind in Collin County.
