Hello Friends and Supporters,

Last month we announced our new name, CommonGood Medical, a change which reflected our desire to continue to serve our medically underserved neighbors through an expanding list of services and locations.

Today, we are happy to announce the launch of our brand-new website—www.CommonGoodMedical.org. This user-friendly website allows us to better serve our community by providing a wealth of information about our services, volunteer opportunities, donation options, and community partnerships. Some exciting features include an eligibility and enrollment navigator for our patients and a merchandise store for our supporters. In the coming months, we will add even more features.

Beyond the rebrand, we continue to give comprehensive care to our patients on-site while also fostering new partnerships for expanding services off-site. Recently, I was wrapping up an appointment with a patient who is currently experiencing homelessness when he stopped me by tapping my arm. “Doctor, I just cannot express how appreciative I am for what you are doing. The level of respect that you show me is just…well, incredible. Nobody ever treats me that way.”

Our look has changed and we are growing, but our heart has not. We still exist to share the love of Jesus through medicine and to ensure that our fellow image-bearers receive the care they deserve.

As April was officially Volunteer Appreciation month, we are spotlighting all of our 148 active volunteers!

Each week of April, volunteers (and staff) have enjoyed free breakfast, lunch and treats (thanks again to Chick Fil A, Nothing Bundt Cakes, MOOYAH Burgers, and Prestonwood Volunteer Team).
